Earth Element: Root to Rise

"Earth Element: Root to Rise" is the Module 1 of the Elemental Awakening course. 

We will connect with the grounding and stabilizing energy of the Earth Element. When we are overwhelmed, anxious or struggling to find direction, the Earth Element helps us find our roots again. This module has one main objective: to help you feel more grounded, secure and more connected to your body, through sensorial integration, creative arts and somatic experiencing.

This is the first part of a five part course. Those of you who wish to complete the course will be able to sign up at a discounted price after you have completed this session.
