TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TICKET SALES

Welcome to the Awakened Spirit community. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at all events organized by Awakened Spirit, including the Awakened Spirit Festival and our various One-Day Events. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1 These Terms apply to all ticket holders 
1.2 Awakened Spirit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time of your purchase shall apply.
1.3 Our official website is www.awakenedspirit.co.uk. All official communications regarding events will be handled via this domain or our verified social media channels.

2. Ticket Purchase and Validity

2.1 Tickets are required for entry and are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and Awakened Spirit.
2.2 Tickets are only valid for the specific event, date(s), and ticket type stated at the time of purchase.
2.3 A valid ticket must be presented to gain entry to the event. For multi-day camping events, your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times; tampered with, removed, or shared wristbands will become void.
2.4 Tickets may be transferred to another person only with prior notice to Awakened Spirit and in accordance with any process we specify. We may refuse entry where a transfer has not been notified in advance or where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud.

3. Refund Policy (Strictly No Refunds)

3.1 All ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable once purchased.
3.2 Awakened Spirit operates a strict no refund policy unless we cancel the event. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in personal circumstances, inability to attend due to illness, travel delays.
3.3 Tickets may be transferred to another person with prior notice to Awakened Spirit (see clause 2.4). No refund will be issued in connection with any transfer.
3.4 If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date alternatively a refund will be offered in this situation

4. Health and Safety

4.1 Attendees are responsible for their own health and well-being. By attending, you acknowledge that some activities (including workshops, dancing, and camping) may be physically demanding.
4.2 You must follow all site rules and all health and safety instructions provided by Awakened Spirit staff, volunteers, venue management, and security personnel.
4.3 You are responsible for your own well-being during the event, including managing any medical conditions, allergies, medication, hydration, and personal safety, and for participating only in activities that are suitable for you.
4.4 Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to inform workshop leaders of any physical or mental health conditions that may affect your participation.
4.5 First Aid: While basic first aid may be available on-site for larger festivals, Attendees are responsible for bringing their own required medication and personal care items.
4.6 Illegal Substances: Awakened Spirit maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward illegal substances. Anyone found in possession of such items will be removed from the event immediately without a refund.

5. Conduct and Community Standards

5.1 Awakened Spirit is built on the values of self-confidence, community, and trust within our "soul tribe." We expect all Attendees to behave with respect, kindness, and inclusivity.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate, or who fails to comply with these Terms, venue rules, or staff instructions.
5.3 Any removal under this section will be without a refund, and may result in a ban from future Awakened Spirit gatherings.
5.4 Harassment of any kind, including but not limited to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment, will result in immediate removal from the event and a permanent ban from future Awakened Spirit gatherings.

5.5 Attendees are expected to comply with any instructions given to them by the team members or security on site. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund

6. Personal Property and Liability

6.1 Awakened Spirit accepts no responsibility for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during an event.
6.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awakened Spirit is not liable for any personal injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or theft of property arising out of or in connection with your attendance at our events.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awakened Spirit shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or accidental damages arising out of your attendance at our events.
6.4 Your attendance and participation in workshops, music events, and community activities are at your own risk.

7. Photography and Media

7.1 By attending an Awakened Spirit event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes.
7.2 If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event organizers or the photographer on-site.

8. Force Majeure

8.1 Awakened Spirit shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is the result of a Force Majeure event (including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, pandemic, or government-mandated lockdowns).

8.2 Should this occur, your ticket will be valid for a future date, or you will be offered a refund

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
