Festival Information
All attendees must ensure that the health and safety of everyone on site is of top priority at all times. By purchasing a ticket you are entering into a contract and agree to be bound by these terms and site information.
Getting Here
The nearest train station is Bedford. The easiest way to get to the venue from there is Taxi. This is approximately a 10minute journey and around 5 miles.
There is parking on site. We do have a dedicated blue badge area nearest the entrance, let the team member on the door know that this is where you need and show your blue badge.
Ticket Entry Times
Weekend ticket holders can enter the site from 4PM Thursday (time may be changed) and need to leave the site by 12PM Monday.
Day ticket holders can enter from 8:30AM and need to be off site by 11PM each day.
Food & Drink
We have caterers who serve breakfast, lunch & dinner. These include meat, vegetarian and gluten free selections.
Those camping are welcome to cook. However we do ask that those in tents use only wood, electric or coal fires and that these are kept off the floor, in a fire safe way and away from any tents or cars. Those staying in a campervan may use gas.
There are to be NO gas bottles allowed outside of fixed placements in campervans.
We do also provide a communal cooking area with a gas cooker if this is what you prefer. You would need to provide all utensils and food if using this area.
Accessibility
The festival field is flat but it is grass and along a riverbank. Although due to the time of year this is unlikely to be a concern and I do not expect it to be wet, please ask if this is a concern and I can find out the current state for you.
Children
Children MUST be supervised at all times.
Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times. It is particularly important that you always know where your children are.
Please use a sharpie to write your phone number on the wrist bands of all children.
Do NOT let children play near or around the barriers at the edge of the site.
The lost child point is in the info tent. Please make sure you and your children know where the lost children point is onsite
Dogs
Dogs are welcome on site but must be kept on a lead at all times
Fires
Open flames such as firepits or bonfires are not permitted in the camping field at any time.
Disposable BBQ's are the exception, these will be allowed so long as they are off the floor by using bricks. There are set areas in the main field that can be used for community fires. Please ask if unsure.
Fire extinguishers are available at various points through the site. Please make yourself aware of where they are.
Smoking
We do not allow smoking inside any structure.
Smoking outside is permitted as long as butts are discarded properly.
Please be respectful of other campers.
Rubbish
Rubbish must be placed in the bins or collected for you to take home.
If you’re not sure bin bags can be collected from the info tent or take straight to the skip which is located at the entry to the site.
Noise
We encourage groups, gatherings, drum circles anything else you may want to form independently but there is a noise curfew of 11PM which must be respected
