Pairing semi-holotropic breathwork with evocative music and bodywork to help you transcend into a space of inner creativity and freedom of expression. ‘Flow’ in your body with rhythmic breath, and patterns that match the tribal sounds of this workshop.

Movement and dance prompts are given to evoke the natural, primal feel of ancient movement circles and ecstatic dance. Musical instruments encouraged but not mandatory. Community movement and interaction with other dancers to be expected.

We will be exploring how to cast stones, Runes, shells, charms and dice. We will learn the principles of casting in divination and how to read almost anything you can throw! I will also explain how to visualise or physically work with casting spreads.

By the end of the session you will be able to throw and read a basic divination tool such as charms or gemstones. This opens the door to so many different forms of divination as well as lending the skills for impromptu divination without the need for a specific tool.

In this talk aimed at beginners, you will smell a number of popular oils and learn their uses, feel carrier oils and understand their benefits, as well as how to combine oils and use them safely, using different methods of application.

This session aims to equip you with enough information to make basic blends for your own use, being a fraction of the cost of buying new. There will be an opportunity at the end to make a personalised 10ml roller ball oil blend to keep, if you choose to add this to your booking it is at a cost of £5.

Please note that roller balls cannot be made if you have not attended the session due to medical precautions and safety advice that needs to be understood that need to be covered in the talk.

Drum birthing is an experience where participants get to make and go away with their own drum especially for them. To meet the way this festival works and keep this workshop free to you, only one participant, chosen at random, will get to walk away with their own drum but all participants will get a chance to be a part of the process
