For those of us that have a loved one in the spirit world.

For those that hear the whisperings from their souls or the nudges from their loved ones, that continuously guide and encourage us on our healing journey.

What is the purpose?

To know that you are not alone, to provide a safe and confidential space:

to share authentically where you are within your grief journey with compassion and respect for each another.

Discuss and share how to connect with our loved ones

Discuss and share how to create and embed continuing bonds

What to bring:

An open heart and a photograph of your loved ones to place on the altar.

To note that there is a £5 refundable booking fee, that will be returned to you on the day.
