Dance and Flow fusion

Pairing semi-holotropic breathwork with evocative music and bodywork to help you transcend into a space of inner creativity and freedom of expression. ‘Flow’ in your body with rhythmic breath, and patterns that match the tribal sounds of this workshop.

Movement and dance prompts are given to evoke the natural, primal feel of ancient movement circles and ecstatic dance. Musical instruments encouraged but not mandatory.

Community movement and interaction with other dancers to be expected.
